Starting your dental journey is simple. You just need to send us a recent panoramic X-ray or clear photos of your teeth via WhatsApp or email. Yes, absolutely. Our online consultations, personalized treatment plans, and the physical examination with our specialists once you arrive at our clinic in Antalya are completely free of charge. There are no hidden consultation fees. 

The duration depends on your bespoke treatment plan. Smile makeovers (such as Zirconia crowns, E-max veneers) typically require 5 to 7 days. If you are having dental implants, the treatment is completed in two visits: 3 to 5 days for the initial surgical placement, and a second visit of 5 to 7 days (after a 3-4 month healing period) to fit the permanent crowns.

We offer all-inclusive dental packages for a stress-free experience. While patients book their own flights to suit their preferred departure airports and dates, we take care of the rest. Your package will include premium hotel accommodation, VIP airport-hotel-clinic transfers, your complete dental treatment, and dedicated multilingual patient support. 

UK citizens and most European passport holders can travel to Turkey without a visa for medical and tourist stays. However, visa requirements vary for other countries. Regardless of your nationality, please ensure your passport is valid for at least 150 days (5 months) from your date of arrival. If you are unsure of your entry requirements, our patient coordinators are always available to assist you.

We do not require any upfront deposits, and there are no hidden fees. You only pay once you are at our clinic in Antalya and your treatment plan is physically confirmed. We accept cash (GBP, EUR, USD) and major credit/debit cards. (Please note that card payments may be subject to international processing or exchange fees of up to 10%, charged directly by your issuing bank.)

Financial transparency is one of our core values. The quote provided to you in your final treatment plan before you fly is exactly what you will pay. There are no hidden fees, surprise laboratory charges, or extra injection costs. 

Our relationship does not end when you fly back home. We have a dedicated Aftercare Team that will check in on you periodically. In the rare event of a complication covered by our guarantee policy, our team will provide remote assistance and perform all necessary corrective dental treatments at our clinic in Antalya completely free of charge.
