Leave Your Smile to a Digital Plan, Not to Chance | Dinçalya Smile
What Would You Like to Change About Your Smile?
Would you like teeth that look more natural, freedom from old crowns, or fixed teeth instead of a removable denture? The right treatment begins with identifying the need correctly. Esthetic smile design, zirconia restorations, and All on X are not three different “packages” used for the same purpose.
This guide explains in plain language when each approach may be considered, how digital technology makes treatment easier to understand, and which questions should be answered before you visit the clinic.
Three Needs, Three Powerful Solutions
Does your smile look attractive but not truly yours? Digital smile design plans the harmony among your face, lips, and teeth.
Do you have teeth with compromised color, shape, or structure? In appropriate cases, zirconia restorations are designed to combine esthetics and strength.
Have you lost multiple teeth or grown tired of a removable denture? For appropriate candidates, All on X offers an implant supported fixed full arch restoration.
The best treatment is not the one advertised most it is the one best suited to your oral anatomy. Sometimes whitening or gum contouring is enough. Sometimes zirconia is indicated. For some patients, fixed full arch implant treatment is planned.
Would You Like to Preview Your Smile Before Treatment Begins?
With a conventional approach, patients often did not see the outcome until treatment was complete. With digital smile design, photographs, intraoral scans, facial proportions, and occlusal records can be evaluated together to create a digital preview of the proposed result.
In appropriate cases, the proposed tooth shapes can be tried in the mouth with a digital mock up. This helps the dentist explain the plan more clearly and allows the patient to consider questions such as “Will my teeth be too long?”, “Will they look natural with my face?”, or “Is this shade right for me?” before treatment.
True Smile Design Is About More Than White Teeth
Facial shape and symmetry
Lip position at rest and while smiling
Tooth length to width proportions
Amount of gingival display
Smile arc and dental midline
Shade selection that complements the skin tone
Speech, facial expression, and phonetics
Chewing relationships and occlusion
Not a copied smile a smile that belongs to you.
The goal is not to imitate someone else’s teeth, but to create a design that looks natural on your face, supports oral health, and meets your expectations.
Not an Impression, but a Digital Map: Intraoral Scanning with TRIOS 6
At our clinic, we use 3Shape TRIOS 6 technology to capture intraoral data digitally. The scanner creates a high resolution, three dimensional image of the teeth, soft tissues, and occlusal relationships. Patients can view their own oral anatomy on the screen, while the dentist and digital design team work from the same data set.
According to the manufacturer’s technical information, TRIOS 6 uses hyperspectral scanning technology that combines multiple light sources and, with compatible software, offers AI assisted supplementary assessments. These features do not replace the dentist’s clinical examination; they support treatment planning and patient communication.
Immediate on screen review of the digital impression
Rescanning missing areas without repeating the entire impression
Faster data transfer between the clinic and laboratory
Clearer presentation of the restoration design to the patient
Comparison of changes across previous scans
Zirconia: Designed to Look Natural, Not Simply “Bright White”
Zirconia restorations are widely considered in contemporary restorative dentistry because they are metal free and offer mechanical strength along with a range of esthetic options. However, not all zirconia is the same. A more translucent option may be prioritized in the anterior region, while areas exposed to greater chewing forces may require different strength characteristics.
When May Zirconia Be Considered?
Teeth with severe discoloration
Fractured teeth or teeth with extensive loss of structure
Older crowns with unsatisfactory esthetics
Fixed dental prostheses in appropriate cases
Implant supported fixed restorations
Shape and proportion refinements in smile design
Monolithic Zirconia: Proven Strength Meets More Natural Esthetics
Monolithic zirconia restorations are fabricated largely from a single piece of zirconia rather than from a framework covered with a separate porcelain layer. This design aims to reduce the risk of porcelain delamination or fracture associated with layered systems. New generation multilayered and more translucent zirconia blanks allow shade, light transmission, and surface characterization to be managed more naturally than in the past. As a result, the material stands out not only for posterior strength but also for its esthetic potential in properly selected cases.
Monolithic zirconia is a strong option with an established record of clinical use, but success does not depend on the material name alone. The condition of the tooth or implant support, restoration thickness, connector design, passive fit, occlusal forces, surface polishing, and routine maintenance must be evaluated together. Especially for implant supported full arch restorations, the final decision should be personalized after biological and mechanical risk assessment.
A natural result does not come from the material alone. Tooth preparation, marginal fit, shade selection, laboratory procedures, periodontal health, and the dentist’s clinical approach all shape the outcome.
All on X: The Path from Removable Dentures to Fixed Teeth
Panoramic radiograph used to assess an implant supported fixed full arch restoration (representative clinical example). Three dimensional imaging is obtained when indicated for definitive planning.
All on X is a treatment approach in which a fixed set of teeth in one arch is supported by a selected number of implants for patients who have lost all or most of their teeth. The “X” indicates that the implant count is not identical for every patient. Different numbers of implants may be considered based on bone anatomy, anatomical limitations, the planned prosthesis, and chewing forces.
Five Building Blocks of the All on X Concept
Prosthetically driven planning: Lip support, smile line, speech, occlusion, and cleanability are evaluated together before surgery begins.
Appropriate implant number and distribution: “X” is not a fixed number; bone volume, anatomical limitations, anterior posterior implant distribution, and potential cantilever length are assessed together.
Adequate primary stability: The decision to provide a same day or early fixed provisional restoration depends on implant stability, systemic health, grafting needs, and surgical conditions.
A passively fitting, cleansable prosthesis: Screw retained design, appropriate connection geometry, controlled occlusion, and access for hygiene are essential to long term maintenance.
A controlled transition from provisional to definitive restoration: The fixed provisional restoration used during healing is not the same as the definitive prosthesis; tissue maturation and function are reassessed.
Who May See It as a New Beginning?
People who have lost all of their teeth
Patients whose remaining teeth cannot be maintained long term
People who have difficulty wearing removable dentures
Appropriate candidates seeking a fixed full arch restoration
People with multiple failing, fractured, or severely damaged teeth
Candidacy is determined by evaluating the clinical examination, three dimensional imaging, general health, bone anatomy, oral hygiene, and patient expectations together. All on X is not a standardized package that can automatically be applied to every patient.
Fixed Provisional Teeth in 12 Hours: Digital Planning Makes Speed Possible
Important distinction: The 12 hour goal is not a definitive zirconia prosthesis; it is a fixed provisional All on X prosthesis for appropriate cases.
The implants must achieve adequate primary stability, and the surgical and prosthetic conditions must be favorable. Timing and feasibility vary by patient.
For appropriate patients, a fixed provisional prosthesis may be prepared after implant placement. Through our digital workflow, we aim to produce a fixed provisional All on X prosthesis for suitable cases in approximately 12 hours. When approved by the dentist, this allows the patient to begin the healing phase with fixed provisional teeth rather than a removable denture.
What Happens in One Day?
Clinical and radiographic evaluations are completed, and the patient’s medical history is reviewed in detail.
A digital intraoral scan and all required records are obtained.
Implant positions and the provisional prosthesis are planned together.
The implants are placed and their primary stability is evaluated.
Implant positions are transferred into the digital workflow.
The fixed provisional prosthesis is designed, produced, and subjected to quality control checks.
The prosthesis is secured after occlusal adjustments and home care instruction.
The SprintRay Ecosystem: In Office Power from Design to Production
SprintRay dental three dimensional production system
The speed of digital treatment does not come from the scanner alone. Scanning, design, three dimensional production, and post processing must work together as a coordinated workflow. The SprintRay ecosystem is an important part of this chain for producing dental restorations and provisional prostheses.
The system includes resin based and ceramic containing materials developed for different clinical indications. Material selection is based on whether the prosthesis is intended to be provisional or definitive, the product’s approved indication, the characteristics of the case, and the dentist’s clinical judgment. A “strong material” alone does not guarantee a successful result; proper design, production protocols, and post processing are equally important.
Technology is not a showcase; it is a workflow. Intraoral data captured with TRIOS 6, digital design, and SprintRay production become parts of the same plan. The goal is to reduce unnecessary waiting while strengthening control and patient communication.

Have Your Plan Ready Before Traveling to Antalya
For patients traveling from another city or country, the treatment journey begins not with an airline ticket but with a thorough preliminary evaluation. Existing panoramic images, intraoral photographs, health information, and current medications may be shared before the initial consultation. This information supports preliminary planning; the definitive treatment plan is established after an in person examination and any necessary current imaging.
What Should Be Clarified Before Making Travel Plans?
Number of visits required
Recommended length of stay in Türkiye
Provisional and definitive prosthetic phases
Whether a second visit will be required
Services included and excluded from treatment
Potential additional surgical procedures
Follow up, warranty terms, and the long term maintenance plan
Efficient treatment is not rushed treatment.
Digital technology may reduce waiting time, but it does not eliminate biological processes such as osseointegration and soft tissue healing.
10 Questions to Ask Before Making a Decision
What is the most conservative treatment option for me?
Will I be able to preview my smile design before treatment?
Why was this type of zirconia recommended for my case?
How many implants are planned for my All on X treatment, and why?
Am I a candidate for same day fixed provisional teeth?
Is the 12 hour prosthesis provisional or definitive?
Will I need bone grafting or an additional surgical procedure?
When will the definitive prosthesis be made?
How should I clean and maintain the restoration after treatment?
How will communication be handled for follow up visits and potential complications?
Frequently Asked Questions
Does smile design require crowns on every tooth?
No. Smile design is an analysis and planning process. For some patients, whitening, orthodontics, bonding, or gum contouring may be a more conservative solution.
Do zirconia restorations change color over time?
The surface of zirconia restorations is resistant to staining; however, surface characteristics, oral hygiene, tea and coffee consumption, and tobacco use may affect their appearance.
Do zirconia restorations last a lifetime?
No restoration can be guaranteed for life. Longevity depends on many factors, including oral hygiene, occlusion, periodontal health, clenching or grinding, and routine follow up visits.
Can All on X always be performed when bone is limited?
No. All on X can make strategic use of available bone in certain cases, but it does not eliminate the need for grafting in every patient with insufficient bone.
Can definitive zirconia teeth be delivered in 12 hours?
The approximately 12 hour digital production goal refers to a fixed provisional All on X prosthesis for appropriate patients. The definitive prosthesis is planned after healing.
Does digital design guarantee the outcome?
Digital design visualizes the proposed change; it is not a guarantee of the final result. The actual outcome depends on the patient’s oral anatomy, the selected treatment, tissue response, and clinical execution.
